Inspection Service

Hartigan uses the most advanced visualization and recording technology available today. Our self-propelled, 360-degree high-resolution cameras survey lines from four inches to four feet in diameter revealing infrastructure problems that require service.

Robotic inspections reveal obstructions, cracked lines and leaks before site work begins. Inspections are used to see the condition of underground infrastructure before purchasing property or to identify the source of an existing problem.

Your system's recorded data is collected, logged on CD/DVD, and retained in our archives for future reference.

Hartigan inspection technicians are certified by the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment and Certification Progam.

Residential Services

We recommend that residential customers protect themselves with regular preventive maintenance of their waste disposal systems. When you become a Hartigan customer, we maintain detailed information about your system, including dates of recommended service. You will receive a reminder to schedule service 3-4 weeks in advance. Our professional, trained, certified technician will arrive at your location and thoroughly inspect your system.

The Hartigan Company will deliver and service portable toilets around New England including Maine, New Hampshire, New York and Vermont. Portable toilets are ideal for special events such as weddings and family gatherings as well as indoor plumbing emergencies.

Our inspection services include visual inspections and, for more complex infrastructure evaluations, closed circuit television examination. Our closed circuit television unit uses a self-propelled transporter with 360-degree, high-resolution camera for complete inspection of an entire system. Hartigan's cameras can inspect lines from four inches to four feet in diameter.

All data retrieved is logged, retained on CD/DVD, and archived. View footage from other camera inspections in Quicktime (2mb) or Windows Media Player (4mb) formats.

Your tank will then be vacuumed by one of our vacuum trucks. We can vacuum tanks from 50 to 500,000 gallons with ease. Further inspections are performed on the empty tank. If repairs or other services are required, we will refer you to experience, qualified contractors.
